Terms of Sale
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on prodcards.gg. Please read section 9 before you buy into a box break — breaks work differently from ordinary orders, and your right to change your mind ends earlier.
These terms exist in English and Danish. If the two differ, the version in the language you placed your order in applies.
1. Who you are buying from
TODO: registered company name (e.g. "ProdCards ApS") (trading as ProdCards)
TODO: street and number, TODO: postcode TODO: city, Denmark
CVR TODO: CVR no.
Email: TODO: [email protected]
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or buy into a break. If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, the consumer-specific parts of these terms — the right of withdrawal in section 8 and the legal guarantee in section 10 — do not apply to you.
3. The cards we sell
We sell sealed trading card products and single cards. Photographs of single cards show the actual item; photographs of sealed product are representative of the product, not of the exact copy you receive. Where we describe a card's condition or grade we do so honestly and to the best of our knowledge, and any grading company's opinion is theirs, not ours.
Most singles exist in one copy only, so an item can sell out while it is in your cart. Stock is not reserved until payment is complete.
4. Prices, currency and VAT
You can shop in US dollars or Danish kroner using the currency switcher. Some products have a fixed DKK price; the rest are converted from USD at the daily exchange rate, so the DKK figure can move slightly from day to day.
Prices shown on the product and cart pages are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated by Stripe Tax from your delivery address and added at the checkout step, together with shipping. The full amount payable — goods, shipping and VAT — is always shown to you on Stripe's payment page before you confirm, and nothing is charged before you do.
If a price is obviously wrong (a mis-keyed decimal, a card listed for a fraction of its evident value) we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
5. How an order is made
Adding items to your cart is not an order. You place the order by completing payment on Stripe's checkout page. We then send you an order confirmation by email, and the contract between us comes into being when we send it.
We may decline an order — and refund you in full — if the item turns out to be out of stock, if the price was wrong, if we cannot deliver to your country, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Which payment methods you see depends on your country and currency. The amount is taken when you complete checkout; for box breaks this happens immediately, because payment is what secures your spot.
7. Delivery
| US dollars | Danish kroner | |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping | $5.99 | 45 kr. |
Our carrier estimates 3–7 business days from dispatch. That is an estimate, not a promise. What we do promise, and what the law requires, is delivery within 30 days of the contract unless we agree otherwise with you. If we miss that, you can give us a reasonable additional period, and if we miss that too you can cancel the order and get all your money back.
Risk passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, take physical possession of the parcel. If a parcel is lost in transit before that point, that is our problem, not yours — tell us and we will sort it out.
Deliveries outside the EU may attract import duty, local VAT and handling fees. Those are payable by you and are not included in what you pay us.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, or because it went uncollected, we will refund the goods but may charge the cost of sending it out again.
8. Your right to change your mind (14 days)
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you — or someone you nominated — receive the goods; for an order delivered in several parcels it runs from the last one.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14 days are up: an email to TODO: [email protected] saying you are withdrawing is enough, or use the standard form at the end of these terms.
Then return the goods within 14 days of telling us, to the address in section 1. You pay the cost of the return. Pack them properly — sleeved and rigid, the way we sent them.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you proving you have sent them, whichever is earlier. The refund goes to the same payment method you used and includes the standard shipping you originally paid.
Condition of the goods. You may handle and inspect the cards as you would in a shop. If you go further than that and the value drops, we can deduct the difference from the refund. In practice this matters most for sealed product: opening a sealed box or pack destroys essentially all of its resale value, and a refund on an opened product will be reduced accordingly, often to nothing.
The exception you need to know about is box breaks, in section 9.
9. Box breaks
A box break is a live event on Twitch where we open sealed product on stream and the cards go to the people who bought into it. Two formats:
- Packs. You buy one or more packs from a specific box. You get the cards that come out of your packs.
- Pick your team (PYT). You buy a named team or slot. You get the cards from the box that belong to it.
A Twitch username is required. It is how your spot is announced and identified on stream, and it is the only way to tie a pull to a buyer.
It is chance, and only chance. What you get is entirely random. We make no promise — explicit or implied — about the rarity, condition or market value of the cards you end up with, and you may well receive cards worth far less than you paid. Any values mentioned on the site or on stream are illustrative.
What you are buying is entertainment and the physical cards that result. We do not buy cards back, there is no cash alternative, and there is no payout of any kind other than the cards themselves.
Age. Breaks are strictly 18+.
Reserving a spot. A spot is held for 10 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in that window the spot is released to whoever wants it next. Each break also sets a maximum number of packs per person, shown on the break.
Your right of withdrawal ends when the break is streamed. You can withdraw and get a full refund at any point up until the break starts. By buying a spot you expressly ask us to begin the break before the 14-day period has run, and you acknowledge that once the break has been streamed the service has been fully performed and your right of withdrawal is lost. This follows the Danish Consumer Contracts Act implementing art. 16(a) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
If we cancel a break — not enough spots sold, product does not arrive, technical failure — you get a full refund of everything you paid towards it.
If you cannot watch live it makes no difference. The break is recorded, your cards are set aside and shipped to you either way.
Shipping break cards. Cards from a break are dispatched within TODO: e.g. 5 business days of the stream, under the same shipping terms as in section 7.
Disputes about a break. The stream recording is the record of what happened. If you think a card was assigned incorrectly, tell us within 14 days of the break with the timestamp, and we will review the recording.
10. Faulty goods — your two-year legal guarantee
Separately from the 14-day withdrawal right, Danish law gives you two years to complain about a defect that was present when the goods were delivered. If the defect shows up within the first year it is presumed to have been there at delivery; after that, it is for you to show it.
Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing it — within two months always counts as reasonable — at TODO: [email protected], with photographs and your order number. Depending on what the law allows in the circumstances you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or your money back; because single cards are one of a kind and cannot be replaced, we will usually refund. We cover the reasonable cost of returning goods for a justified claim.
This does not cover damage that happened after delivery, ordinary wear, a fall in a card's market value, or disappointment with what came out of a break.
11. Coupons
Coupon codes are personal, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so. Each code has its own rules — validity period, minimum order, total number of uses and uses per customer — and the checkout applies them. We may void a code that is being abused or shared beyond its intended audience.
12. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your login details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. We can suspend or close an account that is being used for fraud, for repeated unjustified chargebacks, or in breach of these terms.
13. Our liability
We are liable to you under the general rules of Danish law. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer or our liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing.
Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and we are not liable for changes in the market value of any card — before, during or after a break.
14. Complaints
Email TODO: [email protected] first and give us a chance to fix it; that is usually the fastest route.
If we cannot reach agreement you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution: Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk. Please note that the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.
15. Governing law
Danish law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of your own country that you cannot be deprived of by agreement.
16. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that governs that order.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
